Kirsten wasexperiencing wedding planning interference as well, but her strong reactions were believable and very funny. The extreme melodrama isn't needed to get the point across that brides can freak and people's interference can drive a bride over the edge.....major thumbs down, ATWT!
wedding consultant : I *loved* the wedding consultant scene! Especially when Carly said "Welcome to my nightmare!" and they showed PebBam sitting on the couch totally dumbfounded. I even enjoyed Ro$ebud freaking out. I would have liked to see Ms. Hammersmith run the whole wedding, with PebBam never getting up the nerve to stop her. Oh well.What I don't get is two inconsistencies. First, where did the wedding planning jitters come from? Pebbles has been merrily skipping around town talking about her happiness while not making a single decision about the wedding, other than a date (after the Fall Classic, which was supposed to be in mid-October) and a minister. I just assumed she was going to be like all other soap brides and just show up and the wedding magically occurs. They could have built up a little wedding anxiety before she's so stressed that she has this extreme reaction to the wedding consultant. (Geez, just call another consultant! There are bound to be at least a dozen in Yukdale!) This storyline just came out of nowhere.
